Exhibition Space Booking Rates

Display your product profile and interact face-to-face with the potential delegates and visitors. We have sizes of booths readily available and can also tailor-made, to suit your needs and budget. RAW SPACE PACKAGE (Min 18 m²)

 

Includes: Space, general aisle cleaning & security of Hall

(Stall Design to be submitted 30 days before the show)

INR 10,000 per sq mt

BUILT UP PACKAGE (Min 9 m²)

 

Includes: Space, rear & side walls (Octonorm panel), general aisle cleaning & security of Hall, fascia with company name, carpet, electrical connection & consumption (1 power point: 5 amp) 1 counter & 2 chairs

INR 11,000 per sq mt

Additional Electricity

(Mandatory of Raw Space)

INR 3,000 per KW

* GST @18% will be additional on Booth Charges.

Note:  For any booth related jobs only registered Agencies of Biswa Bangla Convention Centre (BBCC), Kolkata are allowed.

Important Information:

  • Booking Deadline – 01 June 2024 

  • Allotment on first come first served basis 

  • 50 % payment at the time of Booking and balance by 01 June 2024

  • Exhibitor's Lunch will be available on Payment basis @ Rs 500/- + GST
